RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date. All return items must be in a new
and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Video of the parcel, opening is
mandatory for any damage or incorrect product delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email our customer service at help@bluegreenonline.in to obtain a return authorization
number(RAN). After receiving the RAN, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your
proofof purchase and the RAN provided , and mail your return to the following address:
